Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and are shown inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time and without prior notification. Our VAT Number is GB916 6985 76.
Delivery
Standard delivery charge of £4.95 applied to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, IOW, Scilly Isles and The Isle of Man.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands is £9.95 for orders over £24.00, and £4.95 for orders under £24.00. Customers from the Channel Islands will find their order is automatically void of Value Added Tax.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only and with signature on receipt, for which there is a charge of £8.00. Some items ordered may not be available for immediate dispatch and a suitable alternative may be offered. We do ask that you place your order before 3.30pm to ensure that it can be despatched that day.
Orders valued at over £50.00 are dispatched with signature required on delivery via Parcelforce but you may choose to leave a signed note for the courier requesting that the parcel is left 'some where safe' if your order is valued under £100.00, and you advise us when prompted at the time of ordering. We can not accept responsibility for missing deliveries if you have instructed us to instruct the courier to leave the parcel 'some where safe' without obtaining a signature and accepting your note instead.
Free delivery on UK orders over £100.00 which must be signed for on receipt.
We are happy to dispatch to the Republic of Ireland (and most of the rest of Europe) but we do ask that the cardholders billing address and the delivery address be the same and that someone is present to sign for receipt of the parcel. Please contact us for delivery charges for other European destinations, as these vary depending on the weight of the parcel (£10.00 - £30.00).
We are happy to accept BFPO addresses. We do not currently accept P.O. Box addresses.
Exchanging and Returning Goods
If an item proves to be faulty please contact us with the details; we will supply a pre-paid bag for the return of the item and you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement item if you wish. Should we send out an incorrect item in error please contact us immediately; we will endevour to supply the correct item together with a pre-paid bag for the return of the incorrect item (providing you are happy and able to visit a Post Office).
Should you find on receipt of your parcel that something is unsuitable you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days, providing you have not damaged the goods or internal packaging and have not resealed the internal plastic bag containing the garment with sticky tape! Goods must be returned unused in original packaging, with labels intact, in new condition and with proof of purchase (your invoice acts as proof of purchase) and brief details of the required action i.e. exchange as per email or refund requested as per email.
We are only able to offer our Customers a refund against unsuitable items if we can offer the unsuitable returned item as new again. If on receipt of your return it is apparent that you have failed to comply with our terms and conditions the goods will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own expense.
We are not responsible for goods in transit to us. Please send your parcel to Trekwear at the address shown on the bottom of your invoice (Trekwear, Unit 1, Gardeners' Farm Business Park, Sherfield English Lane, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 6EJ). When sending a return parcel you may ask for a Proof of Posting Certificate 4679, which is free from any Post Office on request or you may choose to pay for an additional service if you wish.
Colour Reproduction
We take every care to ensure that the images used are correct and the colour shown accurately; however we are not liable for your browser bar setting, your interpretation of colour or the environment in which you first viewed the garment on the screen and the environment in which you opened your parcel. A slight colour variation may become apparent on receipt of your order.

You may cancel your order by contacting us in writing at any time prior to dispatch; if your parcel has already been dispatched you may return the unused goods to receive a refund as is your right - your 'cooling off' period which ends on the 8th day after you received your parcel.
